Pricing

Published monthly prices exclude equipment, installation, wiring, permits, taxes, travel, after-hours work, repairs, replacement parts, and property-specific requirements unless expressly included in writing. Prices and plan features may change before a signed agreement.

Monitoring agreement terms

References to 12 or 60 months describe monitoring agreement terms, not installation durations. Activation, renewal, cancellation, liability, equipment ownership, and central-station terms are governed by the signed customer agreement.

Compatibility and third-party services

Remote support, monitoring, video, networking, and automation features depend on compatible equipment, internet and utility availability, third-party platforms, customer authorization, and service coverage. NewDay Tech does not control third-party service availability.

SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS communications from NewDay Tech LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to service requests, scheduling, quotes, project updates, invoices, account notices, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
